As many of our items are vintage or antique, each piece is unique and may show signs of age. We take great care to describe items accurately and provide clear photographs so you know exactly what to expect.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned in its original condition
- The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
Please contact us before returning an item so we can assist you with the process.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

- Minor signs of age or wear are to be expected
- These characteristics are part of the item’s charm and history
